Jenifer Pfanzelt

Jen Pfanzelt is a seasoned civil defense litigation attorney with broad experience litigating personal injury and commercial disputes. Jen has successfully advocated on behalf of companies and individuals in Texas, Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, California, Alabama, and Tennessee in high-stakes cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, malpractice, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, transportation, mass tort, construction defect, premises liability, and other areas of general litigation.

Prior to practicing law, Jen excelled at mock trial competitions during high school, college, and law school. While attending Baylor Law School, she was recognized for outstanding advocacy and chosen as the Leon Jaworski Scholar for her incoming class. She also won several awards for her performance on moot court teams and participated in the veteran’s volunteer law clinic. Jen continues to participate as a volunteer for high school mock trial competitions and engages in various other pro bono activities.
