Stacey Wells Salters
Stacey Salters is an experienced litigator. She represents large corporations, small businesses, and individuals across a broad range of practice areas including personal injury/railroad litigation, business torts, medical malpractice, contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices, fraudulent transfer litigation, bankruptcy matters, and other areas of general litigation. She is admitted to all Texas state and federal courts.
Stacey began her legal career as a briefing attorney to the Honorable Chief Justice (Ret.) Carolyn Wright, Fifth Court of Appeals, Dallas, Texas and later served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey P. Norman, United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the Network of Empowered Women (NEW) Roundtable, and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel.
Outside of work, Stacey is a dedicated wife and mother of two. She is actively involved in her community, serving various church ministries and regularly serving as a volunteer judge for the Elliot Cup moot court competition.
