Victoria L. Rhodes
Tori Rhodes is a litigation attorney with a broad range of experience in various legal areas, including railroad law, personal injury, wrongful death, employment law, medical malpractice defense, small business defense, and general litigation. She represents individuals, small businesses, and large companies. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas and has represented clients in California and New Mexico. In addition to her litigation experience, she has experience in drafting service contracts for major logistical entities, negotiation utility easements on behalf of homeowners, and representing clients in administrative proceedings.
Before embarking on her legal practice, Tori gained valuable experience working for several governmental agencies and interning for federal Magistrate Judges in the Northern and Western Districts of Texas.
Tori is actively involved in her community. She volunteers with the Elder B. Mahon American Inn of Court, reflecting her commitment to fostering professionalism and ethical standards in the practice of law. Outside of her legal work, Tori enjoys reading, playing the violin, and immersing herself in true crime podcasts. She also values quality time with her family and participates in a variety of volunteer activities.
