Victoria L. Rhodes
Tori Rhodes is an accomplished litigation attorney with extensive experience across diverse legal disciplines, including railroad law, personal injury, wrongful death, employment law, medical malpractice defense, small business defense, and general litigation. She represents a wide range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to large corporations.
Tori is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas, and she additionally has represented clients in matters in California, Missouri, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Washington. Beyond her litigation work, she has significant experience drafting service contracts for major logistics companies, negotiating utility easements on behalf of homeowners, and advocating for clients in administrative proceedings.
Prior to entering private practice, Tori gained invaluable experience working with several governmental agencies and serving as a judicial intern for federal Magistrate Judges in the Northern and Western Districts of Texas.
Deeply committed to her profession and community, Tori actively volunteers with the Elder B. Mahon American Inn of Court, promoting professionalism and ethical standards in the legal field. Outside of her practice, she enjoys reading, playing the violin, and exploring true crime podcasts. She also cherishes time with her family and participates in various volunteer initiatives.
